Fatal Fury's Geese Howard is Coming to Tekken 7 This Winter

Fatal Fury's Geese Howard is Coming to Tekken 7 This Winter

This is the first time this character has been added to a Tekken video game.

Unfortunately, the wait for Geese Howard is still quite a way off. Howard will enter the fray and the King of Iron Fist Tournament in Winter 2017.

Bandai Namco has announced that the next addition to the Tekken 7 roster will be Fatal Fury's Geese Howard, the iconic baddie from SNK's Fatal Fury series. Funnily, he's dead in the Fatal Fury continuity, where he is killed at the end of Real Bout Fatal Fury. There's no word on an exact price for just Geese, but it would appear that he will be added in as a paid character given that he is titled DLC 2 in the trailer. Geese will bring his popular move-set against the likes of Heihachi, Kazuya, Reppuuken, Shippuken, and even his signature counter throws that can be used against a character's Rage Art.

You can check out Geese Howard's Tekken 7 reveal trailer below. The newest guest character was revealed onscreen and it made me and everyone's else's jaws drop at the sight of him.

This announcement follows on from Akuma from Street Fighter appearing in Tekken 7, making Geese the second non-Namco character in the Tekken series.
