Jardim concedes Monaco could yet lose Arsenal, Liverpool target Lemar

Having already lost Tiemoue Bakayoko, Benjamin Mendy and Bernardo Silva in this transfer window, Monaco are at risk of losing other significant members of their squad, with striker Kylian Mbappe also linked with a move away.

Lemar has been heavily linked with a move to The Emirates all summer as Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his attacking options ahead of next season.

They have already had three bids turned down and are said to be preparing a fourth offer.

For Arsenal, they could use this bid as a negotiating barometer to orchestrate a swap that involves Thomas Lemar and Alexis Sanchez, which could be the best outcome for both parties. However, Jardim is aware that it is hard for the club to keep the players that have attracted interest from top clubs across Europe.

According to French sports daily L'Equipe, Barcelona have enquired about the possibility of signing Lemar from Monaco and have been keeping tabs on the player.

Last week, the Frenchman confirmed that he wants to add at least one more player before the end of the summer transfer window.

Jardim has praised the trio's focus during their pre-season preparations despite constant speculation regarding their future.

Arsenal have seen a bid for Ousmane Dembele rejected by Borussia Dortmund as the Bundesliga club have placed a whopping £90million price tag on his head, reports claim.

"Yes, [Mbappe] did not score in pre-season, but he is working hard to change things".

Lemar now has three years remaining on his contract with the Ligue 1 champions.
