More Details Emerge in Usher Sex Scandal, One Accuser Speaks Out

Accused of having deliberately exposed two women to his herpes, one of which was received in 2012 to enter into a financial agreement (in the amount of one million dollars) in exchange for her silence, the singer, 38-year-old must now deal with the complaints of three new people, including a man.

Quantasia Sharpton, 21, stood with her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, at the New York Hilton in Midtown and announced that she learned about Usher's reported disease several years after she slept with singer.

Sharpton said the pair "engaged in sexual contact" after an Usher concert where she was celebrating her 19th birthday. "I was selected to go backstage before the show", she said. While she is negative for herpes, as evidenced by her giving birth past year, but at least one of the other plaintiffs does reportedly have the virus.

"If you are positive you need to warn your sex partners", she said.

Bloom did not identify the other two people - one woman and one man - who are party to the lawsuit filed Monday, choosing to identify them only as "Jane Doe" and "John Doe". "At least one of my clients has tested positive for the virus and alleges that it was Mr. Raymond who transmitted it".

She also added that the singer's security contacted her, asking her to come to Usher's hotel where the alleged sexual activity took place.

Quantasia Sharpton, 21, spoke to media alongside Bloom at a morning press conference in NY yesterday, The Daily Mail reported. "Raymond's failure to rebut the numerous reports that he has Herpes has reasonably induced the Plaintiffs to believe that Raymond has the virus and that he exposed them to it".

'The health of Plantiff's newborn children may have been compromised as a result of contracting Herpes from Raymond'.

That suit claimed Usher was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010. "I would have never consented if I had known", she said.

According to Sharpton's tale, it all started when August's DJ allegedly invited her and her friend backstage to get better acquainted with the "No Love" singer.

The Centres for Disease Control and Preventions says Genital herpes is common in the United States. It was Usher who called her and asked what hotel she was staying in and what room number. Not when you hear Sharpton's story about Usher picking her out of the crowd, deciding he was going to sleep with her, and then sleeping with her.

Usher is yet to publicly comment on the allegations.

"We hope he has not knowingly endangered his sex partners", Bloom said.
