Mark Hunt rips Dana White for UFC Fight Night 121 removal

Former champion Fabricio Werdum (22-7) will take Hunt's place on the card.

Citing "medical concerns", the UFC has opted to pull Mark Hunt from a planned main event fight at UFC Fight Night 121 vs. Marcin Tybura.

The article the statement is referring to appeared in The Players Voice recently, and in the article, Hunt claimed he's "starting to stutter and slur my words".

The veteran fighter then took to social media to vent his frustration at the UFC chief teling him to "kiss my a** you bald-headed p**ck" and called him a "c**ksucker".

Hunt detailed the head trauma issues gained from a long career in MMA and the UFC reacted immediately to his comments, but 43-year-old insisted he was "misquoted". Despite that, he's been a longtime critic of the UFC's business and an advocate for increased fighter pay. I'll forget something I did yesterday, but I can remember the s**t I did years and years ago. My memory is not that good anymore. Werdum defeated Hunt at UFC 180 to capture the UFC interim heavyweight championship, and would go on to defeat Cain Velasquez to secure the undisputed title.

"I'm disappointed that I have been withdrawn from the fight, I have passed all medicals two days ago". The truth is the legal case I have filed has caused me to be withdrawn.

Hunt continued to his 320,000 instagram followers: "The interview has been taken out of context and want to reassure all my fans, I slur my words only when I have a drink".

Hunt's lawsuit is related to opponents' performance-enhancing drug use.

Shortly after the July bout, it was revealed Lesnar tested positive for multiple banned substances in June. So it was suggested we send him to the specialist in Sydney to do a full test of his brain which he did all last week and the results came back with nothing major that he couldn't compete with. It's a very fast turnaround for Werdum, who submitted Walt Harris last weekend at UFC 216 in Las Vegas.

So when Hunt did an interview with Players Voice and started to complain of memory loss and slurred speech, the UFC chose to pull him from his upcoming UFC Sydney match-up against Marcin Tybura, something Hunt angrily responded to through a series of Instagram posts made from his official page.
