OJ Simpson kicked out of Cosmopolitan Hotel for allegedly being unruly drunk

OJ Simpson kicked out of Cosmopolitan Hotel for allegedly being unruly drunk

Following an alleged belligerent incident early in the morning, the controversial former pro athlete was kicked out of the hotel and has been banned for life! The disgraced gridiron great was reportedly pleasant to the guards.

The Post reports that the police dispatcher who handled the initial report knew Simpson well and discussed him by name when sending units to the bar, saying "Orenthal is here" in a tape obtained by TMZ.

The news of his drunken behavior comes just five weeks after he was released from the Lovelock Correctional Center following his nine-year prison sentence. The Pro Football Hall of Fame running back, who was released from a Nevada prison on October 1 after serving time for his involvement in a September 2007 robbery in Las Vegas, caused enough of a scene in a Vegas casino that he was booted and banned from the property.

His attorney says Simpson did nothing wrong.

Laying low isn't really in Simpson's nature.

A source said in the publication that OJ "was at the Clique bar" around midnight and he's been frequenting a lot of bars in the area recently.

According to a report from a Memphis, Tennessee news network, part of the evidence was an audiotape on which Simpson can be heard shouting orders to his companions and the two dealers, including,"Don't let nobody out this room".

Simpson's attorney denied the allegations, arguing his client was not under the influence and the drug and alcohol test he took that night came back negative.

The former actor was acquitted of the double-murder of his ex-girlfriend Nicole Brown and her pal Ron Goldman in 1995.
