In honor of the Time's Up initiative to end sexual harassment, Amy Poehler, Laura Dern, Susan Sarandon, Meryl Streep, Emma Watson, Emma Stone, Shailene Woodley, and Michelle Williams will attend the Golden Globes 2018 with some of the most accomplished activists of our time.

In their joint red carpet interview, King spoke before Stone.

Meryl Streep (L) and the director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, Ai-jen Poo.

Laura Dern The "Big Little Lies" actress said on Instagram that she is "holding our mothers and grandmothers and all fearless women who taught us about Voice" by wearing black on the red carpet.

Michelle Williams will bring Burke, the founder of #metoo and a woman who has campaigned for gender and racial justice for decades. "It's everywhere and we want to fix that".

"I thought I would have to raise my daughter to learn how to protect herself in a unsafe world", Williams said, saying that Burke's work helps change that. Inviting organizers is a savvy way to pass the microphone to those advocating for marginalized women outside the Hollywood bubble.

Dressed in a sparkly black top and plain trousers, Messing expanded the message behind the protest to include equality for all women. "Although it's not going to solve all the problems, I'm proud to be here and to be part of it today", said the "Handmaid's Tale" star.

Speaking to Giuliana Rancic on the E! red carpet, the "Will & Grace" star called out the network for paying former co-host Catt Sadler nearly half of her partner Jason Kennedy.

"Tonight is about women wearing the trousers, so I'm literally wearing the trousers", the "GLOW" star said on the red carpet.

This year's 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards red carpet will be something for the history books. King was also the recipient of the Presidential Medal Of Freedom and is also the founder of the Billie Jean King Leadership initiative.

"And it's great we're here in solidarity wearing black to really talk about protecting men and women who have been silenced by sexual harassment and violence and it's got to stop right now and we have to help had each other and thatans everybody". "I have been working closely with Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin on these issues, and they've been advocating that there be connections made between the restaurant industry and Hollywood because one-in-two American adults have worked in this industry, including many women in Hollywood, and it's the industry that has the highest level of sexual harassment because women can be paid minium wage and told by managers to dress more sexy, with more cleavage to get tips". "I hope people see the momentum and the energy and that fact that we're uniting across all industries and all communities standing together and saying we all deserve to work in places where we're safe", she said. "It's time to change and the time is now and time's up".
